03 Third-Party Services
YashuArts uses the following trusted third-party services to operate. Each service has its own privacy policy.
These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for any purpose other than providing the services to YashuArts.
04 Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on MongoDB Atlas servers with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL). Account passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
Authentication is handled via JSON Web Tokens (JWT) with a 30-day expiry. Tokens are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to any third party.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all personal data including your profile, orders, messages, and uploaded images will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- ✏️ Correction — Update or correct any inaccurate information via the Profile screen.
- 🗑️ Deletion — Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
- 🚫 Opt-Out of Notifications — Disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
- 📤 Data Portability — Request your data in a portable format by contacting us.

06 Children's Privacy
YashuArts is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification.
Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
